If you have any clients on the Hospitality Industry General Award or Restaurant Award the threshold at which the super starts calculating each month is $350.
This needs to be set each time a new employee is added in the Superannuation field of the Pay Template.
When processing the payment summaries, please check the super setup for all employees. If anyone has not been changed to the $350 minimum, please change it in their pay template. Then run the Payroll Employee Summary report for each month last financial year and if the employee earned more than $350 but less than $450 then we will need to prepare the SGC Statement forms for the client.
